Lighten Up!
This living room was redesigned to feel more spacious. By using cream paint with white trim, we were able to really open up this room to feel more in balance with the rest of the home. The rug served as inspiration for the almost modern palate. Removing clutter will help this home sell faster.
Rearranged to sell
Something as simple as rearranging a room can make it show more favorably to prospective buyers. This room blocked a natural traffic pattern. By opening it up, it made the room look bigger and more usable.
Welcome to your new kitchen?
Which do you prefer to buy? A cold, vacant kitchen, or a kitchen thoughtfully staged with warm, welcoming accessories?
The Master “Sweet”
This is a move-in redesign project. This bedroom and bathroom suite needed some updating. The suite gets a spa-like coastal feel from mellower, crisper colors inspired by nature, and clean lines throughout. Now that’s a sweet suite!
Dining Room Redesign
We transformed this rather traditional dining room with a more updated look. New paint and curtains really lightened it up, allowing for darker, more contrasting furniture. Notice also how a new chandelier really helps set to tone for this new dining area.
Fall in love with your mud room
Make the hardest working room in your home a joy to use! A bit of paint, decluttering and organization will go a long way, whether your selling or not!
